A same-day edit is a separately scoped service for corporate teams that need a highlight during the event or later that day. Availability, the content that can be included and the editing arrangements need team confirmation before booking.
Start with the exact deadline
Tell us whether the edit will be screened before the programme ends or posted after the event. Share the intended audience, format and running order. The team needs this information to discuss a workable filming and editing brief rather than assume the usual highlight schedule will meet an event-day deadline.
Match the edit to what happens before delivery
Identify the moments that must appear and when they take place. If an essential ceremony happens close to the screening time, flag it in the brief so the team can discuss the available scope. Agree which moments take priority and how programme changes will be communicated.
Confirm versions and coordination
Specify the required duration and orientation, any interviews and whether you also need photographs or another highlight version. Nominate an on-site contact for schedule updates. Share screening requirements and any approval process before booking, so they can be considered in the project arrangements.
Keep the agreed scope in the quotation
A same-day deadline is not included by default in the usual approximately 90-second highlight or general 3–7 working-day delivery schedule. Confirm the deliverable, deadline, editing arrangements, availability and additional charges in your quotation. Full-length event recording and livestreaming are not offered.

Questions about same-day event edit
Is a same-day edit part of the usual video package?
No. It is scoped separately and subject to team confirmation. Share the deadline before booking, and have the agreed edit and any additional charges included in your quotation.
Are the portfolio films examples of same-day delivery?
The public portfolio demonstrates event content. Unless a project explicitly states a verified turnaround, it should not be taken as proof that the film was edited or delivered on the same day.

Confirm and plan the coverage
The booking deposit is 30%. Agree the Shot List, important people and moments, access arrangements and on-site contact before the event. The crew works around the agreed priorities.
Receive and use your content
The remaining 70% is payable after the event. Delivery is generally 3–7 working days, with the project schedule agreed. Download your files from Google Drive or Dropbox and keep your own backup.
Same-day edits require separate confirmation. Read the booking, cancellation and rescheduling terms.
