HeroShot provides photography for medium to large corporate events, including company dinners, awards, launches, openings, conferences, seminars, exhibitions and larger fairs. We plan around your important moments and the message your company needs to communicate.
What your photography coverage includes
Your photo delivery is a selected collection of event images with colour correction and sharpening. The quotation sets out the coverage hours, crew and agreed deliverables. A photo brief might include stage activity, brand details, the room, guest interactions and important group combinations; the actual priorities depend on your programme.
Plan the shots before the event
Share your running order, key people, must-have moments and any restrictions. Use a Shot List to separate essential shots from optional images. When registration, stage sessions and guest activities overlap, tell us which moments have priority so the crew recommendation reflects the event.
Choosing the crew and coverage
Guest count alone does not determine the team. Venue layout, parallel sessions, movement between rooms and the timing of group photographs also matter. The team discusses suitable coverage after reviewing your brief; the Instant Quote estimate is a starting point for that conversation.
Delivery and use
General delivery is 3–7 working days after the event, with the schedule agreed for your project. Files are delivered through Google Drive or Dropbox. Clients may use the delivered work for commercial promotion under the booking terms. Download and keep your own backup; our file retention period is three months.

Is every image taken included?
Photography delivers selected images with colour correction and sharpening. Confirm the expected scope in your quotation; we do not promise every frame taken or a fixed photo count on this page.
Can we book photos and video together?
Yes. Share both requirements so the team can plan photography and a highlight film around the same programme. Crew, hours and deliverables are confirmed in the quotation.

From your brief to the finished content
Share the event brief
Start with your event type, date, hours, venue and photography or video needs in Instant Quote. Share the programme and deadline so the team can confirm the scope and crew availability.
Confirm and plan the coverage
The booking deposit is 30%. Agree the Shot List, important people and moments, access arrangements and on-site contact before the event. The crew works around the agreed priorities.
Receive and use your content
The remaining 70% is payable after the event. Delivery is generally 3–7 working days, with the project schedule agreed. Download your files from Google Drive or Dropbox and keep your own backup.
Same-day edits require separate confirmation. Read the booking, cancellation and rescheduling terms.
