An internal event recap, a product announcement and a public-facing corporate film do not need exactly the same coverage. Tell us what you want the audience to understand, where the content will be shared and which people or brand details need attention.

Our approach centres on commercial communication: images that show the occasion clearly, capture meaningful participation and represent your company’s intended message. We assign crew with corporate event experience and translate your priorities into a practical Shot List.

Build the right mix of photos and video

For photography, we select the images and apply colour correction and sharpening. For video, the usual delivery is one highlight film of approximately 90 seconds, shaped around the important parts of the event.

If your campaign needs vertical short videos, interviews or a same-day edit, raise those requirements at the briefing stage. Multi-camera and drone coverage can also be discussed, subject to the project arrangements. These services are scoped separately; we do not offer livestreaming or full-length event recording.

A corporate programme needs more than a guest-count estimate

We cover company dinners, awards ceremonies, product launches, openings, conferences, seminars, exhibitions and larger trade or mall fairs. Our focus is medium to large corporate events.

When deciding crew size, we consider what happens at the same time and where it happens. A speaker on stage, an award handover and guest interactions may compete for coverage. Agreeing your priorities helps us recommend a workable team rather than choosing solely by the number of attendees.

Prepare one clear brief for the event day

Send the running order, key people, your top three must-have shots and any restrictions on recording or public use. Nominate an on-site contact who can help with access, identify people and communicate programme changes.

For awards or launches, explain the sequence before the crew arrives. For group photos, agree the combinations, location and who will gather everyone. These details make the Shot List usable on the day, instead of leaving important instructions to the last moment.

Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley arrangements

Teams can be arranged for Kuala Lumpur and the approved Klang Valley service area. Share the exact venue so we can confirm local coverage, crew availability and any transport requirements. Work outside the local service area may need a separate travel and accommodation quotation.

Standard delivery is generally 3–7 working days, with the actual schedule agreed for your project. Tell us early if your communications team needs material for a particular release date; urgent work and same-day edits need to be planned into the scope.

Booking and payment

A 30% booking deposit is required, with the remaining 70% payable after the event. The team confirms the final booking and crew availability.

The deposit is non-refundable on cancellation. You may reschedule, subject to the team confirming the new date and crew availability.
