Start with your top three must-have shots, then add the wider event story: venue, branding, speakers, audience reactions and natural interactions. This helps the crew prepare positions and understand what takes priority when the programme overlaps.

Coverage for business events, from the stage to the room

Our focus includes company and corporate dinners, awards ceremonies, product launches, openings, conferences, seminars and exhibitions. Larger fairs and trade events can also be discussed.

Choose photography, a highlight film or both

Photography delivers a selected collection of images with colour correction and sharpening. Video coverage typically produces one approximately 90-second highlight film, bringing the main moments together for a concise event recap.

Same-day edits, vertical short videos, interviews, multi-camera coverage and drone coverage can be arranged to suit the brief. These are discussed separately from the standard package. Multi-camera work does not mean continuous full-event recording; full-length event recording and livestreaming are not part of our offered services.

Plan the crew around your programme

Guest count is a starting point, but the venue layout and simultaneous activities matter too. A single-room event with sequential moments has different needs from an event with a stage programme, a registration area and other activity happening at the same time.

Share the timetable, priority shots, photography restrictions and an on-site contact. We will discuss suitable crew numbers and agree access and arrival arrangements before the shoot.

Penang coverage and delivery arrangements

Tell us whether your venue is on Penang Island or in Seberang Perai, together with the event location and coverage hours. The team will confirm availability and any travel arrangements for the agreed scope. Outstation transport and accommodation are assessed by route and crew, rather than assumed to be included everywhere.

Delivery is generally 3–7 working days after the event. Timing can be faster or longer depending on the project and agreed schedule. If you need images or an edit for immediate use, discuss that deadline before booking.

Booking and payment

A 30% booking deposit is required, with the remaining 70% payable after the event. The team confirms the final booking and crew availability.

The deposit is non-refundable on cancellation. You may reschedule, subject to the team confirming the new date and crew availability.
