Booking terms.

These are our general booking terms. Your quotation or service agreement sets out your event date, package, crew and agreed deliverables.

Quotation & confirmation

Quotations are valid for 30 days. A booking is confirmed only after the 30% booking deposit has been paid. The remaining 70% is due before the event date.

Cancellation & rescheduling

The 30% booking deposit is non-refundable. It can be transferred to a new event date when rescheduling.

Revisions

Two rounds of minor revisions are included, such as changing selected shots or music. Changes to the overall theme or storyline, or a full re-edit, are not included. Additional minor revision rounds are currently RM100 per round.

Delivery

Files are delivered through Google Drive or Dropbox. Standard delivery is 3–7 working days after the event. Let us know if you need rush delivery.

File storage

Photos and videos are retained for three months. Please download and keep your own backup. We do not retain the files after this period.

Usage rights

Clients may use the delivered work for commercial promotion. HeroShot may also use the work in its portfolio.

Music

We use royalty-free music. Music that requires a separate licence purchase is charged separately.
