HeroShot creates highlight videos for company dinners, awards, conferences, launches and other corporate events. The usual deliverable is one approximately 90-second highlight film, shaped around the key moments and your company’s intended message.
What a highlight film is designed to do
A highlight brings selected moments together into a concise recap. It can show the event setting, brand presence, speakers, audience participation and important programme moments. It does not provide a continuous record of every speech or the whole event.
Set the message and intended use
Tell us who will watch the film, where it will be shared and what the audience should understand. A product announcement, internal recap and conference promotion can call for different priorities. Agree the key messages, essential moments and format before filming.
Discuss additional versions before filming
Vertical short videos, interviews, same-day edits, multi-camera and drone coverage can be discussed separately. Share the required versions and intended use early, so the filming and editing scope can be agreed. Multi-camera coverage does not mean full-length event recording; we do not offer full-event recording or livestreaming.
Editing, revisions and delivery
Delivery is generally 3–7 working days after the event, depending on the project and agreed schedule. Booking terms include two rounds of minor revisions, such as changing selected shots or music; a full re-edit or a new storyline is outside those minor revisions. Royalty-free music is used; separately licensed music is charged separately.

How long is the usual highlight video?
The usual delivery is one approximately 90-second highlight film. Confirm the length, formats and any additional versions in your quotation.
Can you record the full conference or livestream?
No. HeroShot focuses on event photography and highlight content, with separately scoped additions. Full-length event recording and livestreaming are not offered.

From your brief to the finished content
Share the event brief
Start with your event type, date, hours, venue and photography or video needs in Instant Quote. Share the programme and deadline so the team can confirm the scope and crew availability.
Confirm and plan the coverage
The booking deposit is 30%. Agree the Shot List, important people and moments, access arrangements and on-site contact before the event. The crew works around the agreed priorities.
Receive and use your content
The remaining 70% is payable after the event. Delivery is generally 3–7 working days, with the project schedule agreed. Download your files from Google Drive or Dropbox and keep your own backup.
Same-day edits require separate confirmation. Read the booking, cancellation and rescheduling terms.
