No hidden charges for services included in your package.
Is SST charged?
We currently do not charge SST.
How will I receive the files?
We deliver through Google Drive or Dropbox. Files are retained for three months, so please download and keep your own backup.
What are the payment terms?
30% booking deposit. The remaining 70% is due before the event date.
How long does delivery take?
3–7 working days after the event. Let us know if you need a rush delivery.
How many amendments are included?
Two rounds of minor amendments, such as shot or music changes, are included. Theme or storyline changes and full re-edits are excluded. Additional minor revision rounds are currently RM100 per round.
What about music copyright?
We use royalty-free music. Any music that requires a separate licence purchase will be charged separately.
